Had some mold on the walls. Other restoration companies told us it would take weeks to come in and take a look. Phoenix came the next day. They uncovered a lot more mold under the rug and other areas and immediately proceeded to contain the area. I was surprised how quick they worked. The setup was also very impressive and professional. They were able to clear up the Mold quickly and proceed to restore. They also took good care of us so we're not spending more than necessary. Best team to get the job done, I have personal experience dealing with them as my daycare building was flooded last month. It was very disappointing but the way James

Really appreciated the quick response from James when we had a water leak a couple days before Christmas. James was very honest and trustworthy and he and his team were all extremely professional throughout the process. Phoenix restoration saved us!! Our sewage line backed up destroying half of our finished basement and they were there within a couple of hours to start assisting us with the sewage clean up and decontamination. I would highly recommended anyone in using them regarding the same concerns!

They also handled the asbestos testing and abatement with some old tiling in our super old house. They took all the appropriate safety precautions, had the work done in a timely fashion. We were very pleased with Phoenix Restoration, the crew who came to our home to deal with the mold.
They were extremely thorough, explained what they were going to do each day (re cleaning, picture taking, disposing of certain articles etc.).
They were also very pleasant and easy to deal with. We would highly recommend them to anyone having to deal with mold in their home.
