WOW There is no way I can put into words how amazing this company is. I live in the country and they were at my house in 14 min after I called to advise of my flood. They are so professional, kind, honest and trustworthy. They handle everything for you. I mean everything. Don’t bother going to any other company. While on vacation, received notice that there was water damage happening in my house. James from Phoenix Restoration came out and took care of everything. Turned out to not be as bad as I had expected and he was helpful in managing the issues, providing solutions and offering continued support. Great experience with James and his team.  They are very professional and transparent about everything.  We had a leak before leaving on holidays and they were able to get the affected drywall removed and the cleaning done while we were away.  We felt we were in good hands. I've always said, if you want to know the merits of a renovation/ restoration company, don't ask the clients - ask their trades!  We see everything that happens in the background - not just the pretty outward facing marketing.  I can honestly say that the team at Phoenix really cares. Communication is excellent, they make sure their trades have what they need to succeed at the job.  They are organized enough to be ready for us when they say they will be. James and his team are absolutely amazing! Trust me, this is the company you want to call if you have any home emergencies. I am so thankful that James answered my call at 1am on a cold winter morning for a really bad water leak in our basement. It was an extremely disheartening and overwhelming situation. I was pretty much a deer in headlights until James took over. They literally took all the stress off us, managed the project very efficiently and even liaised with the insurance company. The trades they work with are very professional and courteous which was a huge relief. His team went above and beyond to ensure a clean work site, proper communication and were mindful to create minimal disruption to our schedule. We were always sure that no matter what issues arose in the process,they would handle it. We certainly don’t wish for any home emergencies in the future but Phoenix restoration is a company we will be back to for other home maintenance consults/services. I highly recommend this company for all the services they offer.

James, thank you so much for stepping in to help our family when we desperately needed it and for the great relationship built over the last few months. A big thank you to Shyanne, Kim and the rest of the phoenix team as well. We really appreciated the thoughtful gift we received on close out. Have used Phoenix twice now. The first time was about 7 years ago when we discovered that our builder had accidentally punctured a pipe and it had been leaking for two years. Phoenix came in and remediated our kitchen/basement and did a great job. This time around our new home had the tub drain in the ensuite leak through to the main floor. After the builder had fixed the drain, Jim came out to check that everything was dry etc. He came within 48 hours and was very thorough and gave us peace of mind that the area was ok. I hope I don't need a restoration company again but if I do, my first and only call will be to Jim and Phoenix.
